Juventus coach Max Allegri has released a short statement via his lawyer after claims of a bust-up with Tuttosport editor Guido Vaciago.

Vaciago has claimed Allegri threatened him in the aftermath of Juve’s Coppa Italia final victory on Wednesday night.

Via ANSA, the coach through his lawyer responded, stating: “Massimiliano Allegri, with a statement released by his lawyer, Paolo Rodella, to ANSA, ‘completely denies’ the reconstruction of the events that occurred in the Olimpico tunnel with the director of Tuttosport, Guido Vaciago, and specifies that it was simply ‘of a heated verbal altercation with the director, due to the excitement of the moment, during which they both insulted each other out loud’.”
