Barcelona have received a bid from Newcastle United for Ferran Torres, who joined the club two and a half years ago from Manchester City. If Barcelona accept, it will be less than half of what they paid though.

According to Jijantes via MD, Newcastle have made a low-ball offer of €15m, plus €5m in variables for the Valencian forward.
