Euro 2024 Today: What TV channel matches are on including Austria vs France?

Euro 2024 got underway last Friday, with hosts Germany getting off to a perfect start as they beat Scotland 5-1 in Munich.

The likes of Spain, Switzerland and Italy have also picked up big wins in their opening matches and Monday will treat fans to another feast of football. For the third straight day, there will three group games kicking off at 2pm, 5pm and 8pm in the UK.

In the early kick-off, Romania are set to take on Ukraine in the first Group E game. Fellow Group E sides Belgium and Slovakia then face each other at 5pm, with Kevin De Bruyne’s side hoping to get off to a winning start.

Belgium’s golden generation is on its last legs following the retirements of Eden Hazard and Toby Aldeweireld, while goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois is missing the tournament due to a knee injury despite the fact he started the Champions League final.

In the main event, France kick off their campaign against Austria with Didier Deschamps’ men one of the favourites to go on and lift the trophy. Austria, meanwhile, have been tagged as ‘dark horses’ by many pundits after an impressive qualification campaign.

All of the action throughout Euro 2024 will be available live on UK free-to-air TV, as the BBC and ITV share the broadcasting rights for the tournament – and Saturday promises to be one of the most intriguing days.

Which TV channels are the fixtures on?

BBC One will broadcast the early game between Romania and Ukraine, with the match also available to stream live on BBC iPlayer.

ITV1, meanwhile, will broadcast the other two games on Monday, with Belgium taking on Slovakia at 5pm and Austria facing France at 8pm. Both matches will also be available to stream live via the ITVX app.
